Denver Secrets revealed

Being a customer service catalyst means sticking your neck out at times.

I was invited to Denver to exhibit our online Secret Selling Tips sales leaders' success program by the Canadian Consulate.

Governor Bill Ritter opened the event and shared a few thoughts in his opening remarks. I thought he did a good job and told him that when I was introduced to him and we had a few minutes to chat. I found him open, approachable and not at all like a normal politician.

Someone later told me he had just taken office in January. I hope he keeps speaking his own mind and moves away from the trap of politician thinking and speaking.
